HAF Project – Summer 2023
Please note: The details on this page apply to the Summer Holidays ONLY.
This government-funded, holiday provision is for school-aged children from Reception to Year 11 (inclusive) who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Benefits-related free school meals (FSM) are only available to pupils if their parents/carers are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits, and have a claim verified by their school or local authority.
To book a funded HAF place at our camps, find the details for your local authority below.
PLEASE CHECK HOW MANY FUNDED DAYS AND HOURS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. ANY ADDITIONAL HOURS/SESSIONS YOU REQUIRE MUST BE PAID FOR.
If you need to book and pay for additional sessions, please do this in a separate booking from your funded HAF days. Please contact bookings@funtastic.testing-noon.studio for part bookings (for example, if you would like to pay for extra hours to be added to a HAF funded day).
You are unable to use your HAF code across all boroughs. You can only use the HAF code for Holiday Camps located in the borough that provided it to you.
Please inform us if your child has any additional needs and fill in an All About Me form (see bottom of this webpage). Forms can be emailed to bookings@funtastic.testing-noon.studio or brought to camp with you.
West Berkshire
Holiday Camp Venues: Springfield Primary School, Burghfield St Mary’s Primary School, Falkland Primary School and Kennet Valley Primary
To secure HAF places at one of our West Berkshire locations, please visit our Holiday Camps webpage and then select your chosen camp to book online. When booking, please enter WBerks as your HAF Code.
Please ensure you are eligible for HAF places before making a booking. If you are unsure, please contact us at bookings@funtastic.testing-noon.studio and we will check on your behalf.
This Summer, you are entitled to a maximum of 4 days of 9.30am – 3.30pm sessions a week for 4 weeks in a West Berkshire Holiday Camp. Any bookings over this entitlement are chargeable to the parent.

A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY HAF BOOKINGS MADE WITH MISSING OR INCOMPLETE CODE WILL BE CANCELLED.
Wokingham
Holiday Camp Venues: The Coombes CE Primary School, Emmbrook Infant School, Gorse Ride Junior School, Highwood Primary School, Keep Hatch Primary School, Loddon Primary School, Hawthorns Primary School, Hawkedon Primary School, Alder Grove Primary School, Earley St Peter’s Primary School and Sonning CofE Primary School.
Please book your HAF places via Wokingham’s centralised booking system. DO NOT BOOK YOUR SESSION ON THE FUNTASTIC KIDS WEBSITE. You will receive emails/texts from your child’s school that contain your HAF vouchers and a link to log in to HolidayActivites.com to place your bookings.

Holiday Camp Venues: Whitley Park Primary School (HAF places ONLY)
This Summer, our Whitley Park Holiday Camp is open exclusively to children taking part in the HAF programme.
Please book your HAF places via Reading’s centralised booking system. You will receive emails/texts from your child’s school that contain your HAF vouchers and a link to log in to HolidayActivites.com to place your bookings.

Your child is entitled to attend all 16 days of 10am – 2pm sessions over the 4 weeks.
A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.
